Bring your baby. Find your village.

Retreat!

April 4-6, 2025

Oxford, PA

You are amazing. You gave birth to a tiny, perfect human. Now what?

Wouldn’t it be great to meet others who felt the same way: “Now what do we do? Why does my baby do that? Why is my baby always hungry? How can I stay calm when my baby is freaking out?” What if you spent a weekend with likeminded new moms who had the same questions, wanted to learn how to read their baby’s cues, how to best soothe their baby, and remain calm on the days their baby is more upset or dysregulated? The postpartum period is a special time, but it can be lonely and downright difficult.

Maybe you’ve been to a breastfeeding support group, and you left feeling energized and connected. Maybe you ended up feeling more connected at a postpartum meetup more than anywhere else since having your baby. Imagine spending a full weekend together with those same people while getting even more support by lactation consultants, specialists in mindfulness, TummyTime educators, infant sleep specialists, CPR/choking educators, and more all under the same roof.

Meet our presenters.
